The result is an EVOO packed with healthy antioxidants (known as polyphenols), and robust flavor with a signature peppery finish.

Cold pressed in small batches from early harvest Koroneiki olives grown in southern Greece, Kosterina’s EVOO is rich in healthy polyphenols (powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidants). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is typical for an average extra virgin olive oil but Kosterina's Original EVOO clocks in at over 500mg/kg! The good news is that our early harvest process and these powerful polyphenols also make it taste amazing. It will add incredible depth and flavor to any dish.
