It’s easy to use, and safer than mincing small cloves with sharp knives. Easily flavor sauces, soups, seasoning olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and butter with delicious minced garlic. It works equally well for mincing ginger root, herbs, chilies, olives, chocolate, nuts, and more. Simply insert the peeled garlic cloves, nest the mincer halves together, and twist the top in both directions. Each twist of the mincer gets easier. Once the desired texture is achieved, wiggle the top of the mincer to gather bits of garlic together for easy removal.
