Bacon, french fries and taquitos cooked on Nordic Ware's two-part baking tray come out of the oven crispy and perfectly cooked. A carbon steel rack nests in the aluminum baking pan, elevating foods away from grease, and allowing air to circulate so there's no need for turning foods while cooking. The baking tray is also great for drying fruits, tomatoes or jerky that require even heat and maximum air circulation.
