Fante's Micro Textured Deep Dish Pizza Pan

Fante’s Pizza Pan is made in Italy from solid, heavyweight 18/10 stainless steel. Making pizza from scratch just got easier! Create homemade pizza recipes, like pepperoni pizza or veggie pizza, even gluten free pizza, without them sticking to the pan. The revolutionary, micro-texture pattern stamped directly into the pan creates a naturally non-stick surface for easy food release, with no chemicals or non-stick coatings. It outperforms conventional stick-resistant cookware and will not rust. Simply coat the interior textured surface with vegetable oil, butter or margarine before adding pizza dough then bake according to recipe. Allow to cool down before removing food from the pan. Metal, wood and plastic cooking utensils can be used without damaging the non-stick surface, however sharp-edged knives or forks are not recommended. Minor scratches will not affect the non-stick performance.
