An adjustable rolling pin takes the guesswork out of prepping pie, biscuit, cookie, and pizza dough along with filo pastry and pasta sheets.

Whatever the required level of thickness, this adjustable rolling pin will help you roll out perfectly sized dough every time. It includes five sets of removable, color-coded rings that allow you to raise the rolling surface to 2mm (1/16”), 4mm (1/6”), 6mm (1/4”), 8mm (5/16”) or 10mm (3/8”). Simply twist off the rings you don’t need and you’re ready to roll.
