The motivation behind Galena Roasters coffee is simple: uncompromising quality. Galena Roaster’s is a small batch specialty coffee roaster aiming to bring people an exceptional coffee experience.
They begin with some of the best green coffees from Central and South America, Africa and Indonesia. They roast their coffee to the ideal profile, developing the complex flavors of each coffee and revealing the delicate tasting notes. The coffees are then cupped in the lab and must meet their standards before reaching our customers. Galena Roasters believes that starting with quality green coffee is essential to creating the roasted coffee they sell—from the source to the final cup.
